Every Cillian Murphy Movie Ranked Worst To Best

Retreat is monumentally bleak and never delivers on the thrills its write-up suggests it'll have in spades: A couple (Murphy and Thandiwe Newton) find themselves trapped on an island with an unstable soldier (Jamie Bell) after the outbreak of an apparent airborne disease.

Despite a trio of very talented stars trying their damnedest to save it, Retreat is too tiresome to escape, so much so that even Murphy looks like he's growing drained of energy with every new twist thrown into his and Newton's hopeless path.

A tough slog to get through, Retreat finds Murphy looking ready to head home.
