Sporting one of Washington's more underrated performances, Out of Time follows a downtrodden Florida police chief who finds himself implicated in a drug crime.

It's silly 00s fun, with a bonkers plot that frequently works to one-up itself, but its twists and turns also make it a energetic thriller with shocks to spare.

Rarely has Washington been this laidback and intriguing on-screen, and his cool, reluctant heroism makes Out of Time an absolute blast (ignoring Dean Cain's terrible supporting role, of course).
