Every Guy Ritchie Movie Ranked From Worst To Best

1. Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels

Lock, Stock...
Polygam Ent.

If you were around in 1998, you'll likely remember just how much of a phenomenon Ritchie's debut feature was - especially if you live in the UK.

Produced for barely $1 million and ultimately grossing over $28 million worldwide, Lock, Stock introduced the world to both Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones, while confirming the vivacity of Ritchie's unique, almost Shakespearean approach to hilariously profane dialogue.

Of the many, many Tarantino knock-offs released during the mid-to-late '90s, this is surely one of the best, and certainly one of the most successful.

Technically dynamic despite its budgetary constraints, wonderfully witty, and superbly acted by its tough-guy cast, it's easy to see why it became such a global hit, and why it remains Ritchie's very best film to date.
