Every Jared Leto Movie Ranked From Worst To Best

29. Alexander (2004)

Jared Leto Suicide Squad
Warner Bros.

Oliver Stone's star-studded epic biopic of Alexander the Great (Colin Farrell) is one of the most infamous blockbuster duds of the early 2000s - a film that on paper had major awards potential written all over it, only to end up nominated for six Razzies instead.

Leto avoided the Razzies' wrath this time, though, giving one of the film's more entertaining performances as Alexander's childhood friend Hephaistion.

He's unable to escape entirely unscathed, however, in a film that for all of its lavishness is a shockingly empty, technically messy, and wildly overlong disaster.

Between the array of ridiculous accents and bevy of unintentional comedy throughout, this almost plays like a parody of self-important historical epics - almost. It's fun to laugh at, but also totally exhausting and genuinely not very good.
