Every Major MCU Hero's Greatest Ever Moment

There are a handful of heroes throughout the MCU that gave their lives for a greater cause, however none of them did it after so short a time as Pietro Maximoff. In his first mission as an Avenger, he saved the life of Clint Barton, a man who just days before he had been fighting against.

Once Pietro hated the name Stark and everything that was associated with it, including the Avengers and SHIELD. He signed up for crazy experiments to try and help his country, and joined Ultron in his war against the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes until the maniacal robot's true intentions were revealed.

Captain America, Iron Man and co. soon showed him what the world of being a superhero was supposed to be. He was inspired, and when Ultron came bearing down on Hawkeye, he used his speed to move into place as a human shield, protecting his new teammate and the child he was carrying.

Clint Barton lived to fight another day, while Pietro lay unmoving on the ground. Truly, he was a hero and an Avenger.
