Marvel have been understandably quite coy about Doctor Strange 2's release, since the Sorceror Supreme was one of the highest profile victims of Thanos' snap in Infinity War. But the first movie set up a sequel and now Kevin Feige has all but confirmed that it's coming.

They just won't say anything else while the explanation for Strange's return is shrouded in mystery.

Will It Happen?

It absolutely will. The whole Mordo issue at the end of Doctor Strange has to come back into play and it definitely looks like Strange and Marvel will be the leads of the MCU leading into Phase 4 just as Cap and Iron Man have been to date.

There's an awful lot left to talk about in Strange's story and he's the key to the expansion of the multiverse, so yes, it's happening.
