One of Kevin Smith's best movies, Chasing Amy is at once a classic stoner comedy and deeply affecting romantic drama. Starring Ben Affleck and Jason Lee as friends vying for the same woman (Joey Lauren Adams), the film has all the trademarks of a Smith vehicle, but with more heart and soul than ever.
Damon's role is once more a small piece, playing a TV producer with little to do but adding a bit of humour all the same.
