Scene: Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), visits the exhibit memorializing him in the Captain America museum while on the run.

A brief and dull scene, this was a necessary bit of exposition but it could've been added to the movie (as the final scene before the credits, maybe?). There was no need to make us sit through the credits for it.
