Every MCU Romance Ranked From Worst To Best

Given all the genuinely shocking moments that took place in Avengers: Infinity War, it's fair to say that the surprise romance between Wanda Maximoff and Vision wasn't one of the biggest jaw-droppers, but it did come as somewhat of a surprise.

That doesn't mean that there wasn't any chemistry between the pair before, because a potential romance was alluded to in Captain America: Civil War, given how clearly Vision cared for Wanda. The only problem is that this allusion was literally all we got and, after The Avengers chose their respective sides, it was clear that these two would be separated.

Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany did a convincing job conveying how much they loved each other throughout Infinity War, but the issue is that the creative team relied heavily on the convenient time jump between films to do all the talking. This right here was one of the rare flaws in Infinity War because, as their love was a huge factor in the plot, it didn't quite have the same stakes that it would have if we had actually seen them fall for each other.
