Remy is an effortlessly easy hero to root for, given his desire to escape what society expects of him and do something more - to pursue his life's passion no matter how unconventional, and seemingly unconscionable to humans, it might be.

It's hard not to respect the hustle, and let's face it, the meals Remy cooks up look incredible. After all, who among us doesn't love someone who can whip up a storm in the kitchen?
