22. Johnny J. Worthington III - Monsters University
Monsters University is a fine, fun entry in the Pixar catalouge but it can't hold a flame to its predecessor Monster's, Inc and neither sadly can its main villain, Johnny J. Worthington III.
Worthington is not so much a scheming villain as he is an egotistical and entitled bully to Mike and Sulley. Head of the prestigious Roar Omega Roar fraternity at Monsters University, he spends the film's plot mocking Wazowski's lack of scariness but the only truly nasty thing he does is prank the Oozma Kappa fraternity by dumping paint, glitter and stuffed animals on them.
Although voiced by the faultless Nathan Fillion, Worthington pales in comparison to the original film's villains who will (spoiler alert) be featuring much further up this list.
