21. Alpha - Up
At last we get to some half-decent villains. Alpha is the leader of Charles Muntz's dog army and despite his faulty collar that gives him his squeaky voice, he proves to be a menace to the heroes of Up.
A Doberman Pinscher, Alpha is ferociously loyal to his evil master, so much so that he doesn't hesitate when trying to kill Dug and when he uses his normal voice, he turns into a very menacing guard dog.
Despite all that, he does have his shortcomings as a villain. He is after all just the number two to Muntz and as much as we love Dug, getting defeated by his hands (or paws technically) is pretty emabrasing.
