22. Jackson Storm (Cars 3)
It's pretty hilarious how much Cars 3 follows the plot of Rocky IV, right down to the aging underdog's rival - in this case Lightning McQueen's (Owen Wilson) racing foe Jackson Storm (Armie Hammer) - being a physically superior entity powered by state-of-the-art technology.
Storm is admittedly pretty mild as villains go - for much of the film he's simply Lightning's more potent successor but not outright bad, just arrogant and having little time for the prior generations that preceded him.
Storm shows his true colours late in the day when he attempts to intimidate Cruz Ramirez (Cristela Alonzo) and ram her off the road in the pivotal race's final lap, but alas, Cruz manages to outwit him and win.
Despite Armie Hammer's solid casting - at the time - as the cocky upstart, Jackson's a pretty one-note villain all things considered.
