20. Johnny Worthington III (Monsters University)
Monsters University is an enjoyable enough movie, yet there probably aren't too many who could name what passes for a principal villain here - Johnny J. Worthington III (Nathan Fillion), the president of Roar Omega Roar fraternity.
It's a shame that the great Nathan Fillion was blown on a relatively forgettable Pixar villain: a cartoonish send-up of a stereotypically power-mad fraternity president.
He's your garden variety frat bro who has basically been destined to join the fraternity since birth and takes a grotesque sense of pride in upholding its kooky traditions.
Sure he's a dick, but he's also pretty tepid for a Pixar villain. However, that ultimately suits the relatively low-stakes nature of the movie well enough. Johnny does the job, but he's nobody's favourite baddie.
