19. Chick Hicks (Cars)
While none of the Cars series' antagonists are all that good, the first film's Chick Hicks (Michael Keaton) is the best of a so-so bunch.
Voiced with a clear relish by Michael Keaton, Chick is an '80s stock car who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty in his doggedly determined quest to win the Piston Cup.
Chick is a rough racer who will ram his opponents off the road and employ otherwise dangerous manoeuvres in order to get ahead, yet always comes up short when it counts - almost always, anyway.
He's not a deep character by any means but entertaining enough, and his brief return in Cars 3 - now working as a racing commentator who clearly still harbours a massive grudge against Lightning - is actually pretty hilarious.
