Every Star Wars Lightsaber Duel Ranked From Worst To Best

If you had ever been a kid, playing with your Star Wars action figures, you had imagined how this battle would play out.

In 2005, we finally got it on the big screen, and it was nothing short of splendorous. Destroying the entire Galactic Senate Chamber in the process, these two go all-out on each other with their sabers and their massive force powers.

It's the kind of battle we don't really see any other time in the films, one in which the focus is arguably more on their force powers than their light sabers, which is incredibly fitting for these two titans.

It is pure fan service, and it is incredibly over-the-top, but Lucas handles it an oh-so-satisfying fashion, and even manages to give the whole affair a more tragic twist when we realize that even Yoda can't save us now.
