Well, it's definitely the best of the prequel trilogy, even if it's still harangued by most of the same writing and technical issues.

Basically, the movie can't help but be entertaining because it's forging Anakin's transformation into Darth Vader: you'd need to make a weapons-grade screw-up for this to at least not be interesting and somewhat enjoyable.

It's still a country mile away from the original movies, but a distinct improvement over Phantom and Clones all the same.

Best Moment: The climactic Battle of Mustafar between Anakin and Obi-Wan. It has some issues (like that woeful "From my point of view the Jedi are evil" line), but the visual effects have held up pretty well and it does a great job showing how far gone Anakin is.

Worst Moment: The infamous "Noooooooo!" when Anakin, now Darth Vader, finds out about Padme's death. It just totally derails an otherwise awesome scene.
