Every Stephen King Movie Ranked Worst To Best

Another King adaptation about writers having a bad time, Secret Window is a tightly wound thriller about a writer accused of plagiarism by a seemingly deranged man of mystery, throwing him on a collision course with his hidden past and doomed future. 

The middle of Secret Window languishes through some monotonous procedural stuff, but it still works as a disposable tale of deceit, and finally becomes something special with its horribly hopeless finale. The main holdout here is Johnny Depp, though, whose star power stops him short of portraying the struggling everyman the film needed to sell its big twist.
