Every Steven Soderbergh Movie Ranked Worst To Best

20. Ocean's Thirteen (2007)

Oceans Eleven
Warner Bros

It's usually agreed that Ocean's Twelve is the worst film in Soderbergh's masterful heist trilogy, but time has proven that's just not the case.

Ocean's Thirteen is actually the worst in the trilogy for a number of reasons, the most notable of which include Matt Damon's painfully bland subplot, Ellen Barkin's hammy supporting turn, and the complete omission of the films' female leads - Julia Roberts and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Luckily, though, there's more to love than hate. Soderbergh's direction is as flashy and thrilling as ever, George Clooney, Brad Pitt and a wonderfully slimy Al Pacino shine, and the final act twist works like a charm.

Sure, it has some major blind spots, and it doesn't do anything the other films failed to achieve, but Ocean's Thirteen is still good fun overall.
