3. Occasionally Shoddy Effects Work

Despite how much money has been spent on the effects in the MCU, there have been some pretty problematic moments where they've just not looked great - or finished in some cases - even in the most recent movies. Black Panther had some questionable ragdoll moments, some of the Vulture work in Spider-Man: Homecoming was less than top notch and the sequence of Ego transforming into his "true" form in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2 was seriously iffy.

But even with a LOT of effects work in Infinity War, the ensemble is pretty much flawless. Usually, having fully CGI characters proves to be a poor decision (just ask Warner Bros) but Thanos and the Black Order are wonderfully rendered and the Iron Man and Spider-Man suit work is just as good as ever.

It might come down to the huge production cost, but it's still very impressive.
