The Expendables 3: 10 Action Behemoths The Franchise Is Still Missing

1. Jackie Chan

There are few action stars who have the worldwide popularity of Jackie Chan. Though Chan isn't as nimble as he once was, the martial artist and stuntman is a legend in the industry and beloved for his innovative and endlessly entertaining stunt work. In addition to his long career in Hong Kong cinema, Chan became a Hollywood star after a series of big American action and action-comedy hits in the 1990s. Chan has been on Stallone's Expendables wish list for some time, and both Stallone and Chan himself talked about making it happen in Expendables 3. However, for whatever reason it didn't work out. It's too bad, because Chan's jaw-dropping choreography would end up being more impressive than dozens of explosions, and if audiences were lucky enough to see Expendable Jet Li fight Jackie Chan again (the duo fought in 2008's The Forbidden Kingdom), it would rank as one of the best fight scenes in the entire series. Who would you like to see join in on the action in the next Expendables movie? Let us know in the comments!
