The Expendables 3: 10 Action Behemoths The Franchise Is Still Missing

3. Mr. T

Considering that Stallone's Rocky III is almost entirely built around how intimidating Mr. T looks and helped turn the former bodyguard of Muhammad Ali and Steve McQueen into a 1980s icon, it's surprising that Stallone has yet to ask the former Clubber Lang to bring his trademark mohawk, gold jewelry, and most of all his famous catchphrases to the Expendables franchise. Mr. T's movie roles have been few and far between over the last twenty years, and most of them have poked fun at his tough guy persona. Fans of Mr. T from his 1983-1987 action television series The A-Team would love to see him flex his muscles in an action role again, especially against Stallone in a throwback to their match-up in Rocky III. Even if he just showed up and said some tough-guy one-liners in a brief cameo, it'll be worth every second of screentime.
