6. It Feels MORE Like The Wizarding World

While the first Fantastic Beasts film was great and the world building and production design were brilliant (and well worthy of awards recognition), it still felt a little removed from the Harry Potter texts.

But now that we're heading back to Hogwarts and there's more pure magic on show (and less focus on magizoology), the sequel feels a lot closer to the original books and movies. It also helps that there's fan service in there, of course - even when it's slightly confusing (as with the appearance of Nicolas Flamel, which appears to serve very little actual purpose).

It definitely seems more like we're back in the home of Harry Potter, and that's definitely not a bad thing for selling the movie even more.
