Fantastic Beasts: 21 WTF Moments

Magical Congress President Seraphina Picquery is not the greatest character in Fantastic Beasts: she doesn't really have a great deal to do and she's sort of relegated to the background, popping up to make devastating decisions like choosing to have Credence Barebone killed on site rather than taken to trial, and generally being a bit of a rubbish President.

She's not Cornelius Fudge bad, but she's bad.

And worse, she's also a terrible boss, accusing Tina of not reporting the fact that Newt Scamander had magical creatures on his person (some of which had escaped), despite the fact that the disgraced Auror had literally tried to do exactly that to her face not a day previously. And oddly, Tina never brings up the fact, simply accepting the dressing down she receives unfairly before she's passed on to Graves for sentencing.
