6. Aberforth Dumbledore
Not a lot is known about Aberforths life between burying his sister and becoming the landlord of the Hogs Head Inn in Hogsmeade. All we really have to go on is a few musings from his older brother, and Albus Dumbledore always pained quite the image of his younger brother, sparing none of the gory detail:
"My own brother, Aberforth, was prosecuted for practising inappropriate charms on a goat. It was all over the papers, but did Aberforth hide? No, he did not! He held his head high and went about his business as usual! Of course, I'm not entirely sure he can read, so that may not have been bravery."
His fondness of goats is well-documented, but Aberforth had a rough time of it growing up, so lets give him a break. Besides, Aberforth deserves some credit; he was a member of the original Order of the Phoenix during the First Wizarding War and played a huge role in helping Harry hunt down Voldemorts horcruxes when the Dark Lord returned to power. He even stepped into his brothers shoes at the Battle of Hogwarts, saving the school and demonstrating some pretty awesome magic in the process. Though we never saw it until the end, Aberforth is clearly cut from the same cloth as Albus, and there are a lot of blanks in the former's timeline to play with. He would be 42-years-old when Fantastic Beasts takes place, and a man with nothing but goats in his life is definitely a character that Rowling could have considered exploring in more depth when writing her screenplay.
