Again, he's problematically saddled with a poor narrative arc, but Langdon Shaw gets a little more of a chance to shine than his other family members.

You can almost see that there was an idea to have his father's newspaper empire eventually be the mouthpiece for an anti-wizarding movement (and maybe that can still happen), but the idea is almost immediately dropped after he tries to lead an awareness campaign in the fact of his father and brother's ignorance.

His American accent is a little ropey too, which is a shame as actor Ronan Raftery (who is Irish) is brilliant in the hilarious Moone Boy.
