In order to infiltrate the French Ministry of Magic with Tina (Katherine Waterston) despite being banned from travel, Newt consumes a Polyjuice potion in order to resemble his Auror brother Theseus (Callum Turner).

This obviously isn't the first time we've seen Polyjuice in the franchise, with Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron (Rupert Grint), and Hermione (Emma Watson) using it several times throughout the series to maintain a disguise.

Newt's use of the potion unfortunately doesn't go too smoothly, though, and he's eventually rumbled while the potion wears off.
