After the Warner Bros. logo appears on the screen, fans are also treated to their first glimpse of the "Wizarding World" logo, which is the all-catch name for the colossal media empire that J.K. Rowling has created, including the original books, all the movies, plays, music, theme parks and so on.

Cinematic universes are of course all the rage these days, so don't be surprised if, in addition to the three more Fantastic Beasts due for release following this one, some other tangential set of movies is announced in the next few years.

The logo does the job, anyway: simple, effective and selling that this is part of a much wider brand than even just the other films.
