8. Doctor Doom Appears In Black Panther II
Why do the Fantastic Four have to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe before Doctor Doom? There's no reason at all why the team's greatest for can't show up beforehand, and making Doom the lead villain in the eventual reboot will feel a tad redundant (especially when he's taken on that role in the last three movies).
Instead, it would be far more interesting to pick up with Doom as the ruler of Latveria and watch as he clashes with King T'Challa and Wakanda in Black Panther II. Marvel Studios could even throw Namor the Submariner into the mix for a three-way battle which would no doubt have lasting ramifications for this shared world as Latveria, Wakanda, and Atlantis all go to war with each other.
Doom hates Reed Richards because he blames him for the scars he suffered when they were in college together; that could easily be alluded to here, with Doom later targeting the Fantastic Four when he sees his old foe being hailed as a hero by the world.
