Another brief glimpse during the art exhibit stalking session raises an interesting question: why the hell are there pictures of Ana everywhere?

This isn't an exaggeration either: though you can only see one image of Ana behind her in this shot, this section of the gallery is full of black-and-white pictures of her.

Why, exactly? The book does feature a sequence where Ana visits the exhibit of her friend Jose Rodriguez, but who the hell gets a place in a gallery just from taking fairly decent but ultimately unremarkable pictures of an attractive woman? Weirdly enough, this might be one of the movie's most compelling enigmas so far.
