Final Destination Cast: Where Are They Now?
6. Kristen Cloke
Perhaps the death most reflecting a Rube Goldberg machine in the first Final Destination belongs to that of the surviving schoolteacher, Valerie Lewton, portrayed by Kristen Cloke.
While Lewton is trying to pack up her life, a crack in her mug leaks vodka in a trail to her desktop, which explodes, slicing her neck and causing the vodka trail to light ablaze, chasing her as she tries to evade her fate. The fire causes an explosion as it reaches her vodka bottle, knocking her to the floor. As she reaches for a rag to stop her bleeding, she knocks a block of knives over, impaling herself with one.
If this description was not already convoluted enough, the finishing blow does not come until a chair topples and pushes the knife deeper into her chest.
Unfortunately, Cloke's career is not as littered with constant credits as the previous entries on this list, perhaps due to her having time off to have four children. She does, however, continue to have a presence as an actor, having a role in Pretty Little Liars, Lady Bird, and most recently returning to The X-Files, a series she acted in in 1996, as a credited voice actor and co-writer of episode Rm9sbG93ZXJz in 2018.
