The numerical references don't end with A113.
When Dory is "saved" by the MLI workers, she's taken onto a boat that has the numbers 1200 and 86 emblazoned on the side of it. They're included there as references to Pixar HQ's address: 1200 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California and the year the company was formed as a company after Steve Jobs bought it.
Later, when Hank and Dory are attempting to hget the truck back to the sea and circle the roundabout, they pass exits for Powell St, Ashby Ave and Gillman St, all of which are on Interstate 80 in Emeryville, right next to where Pixar is located.
