2. Jason Statham Will Be Back (Probably)

One of the biggest surprises in the movie is that Deckard Shaw actually survives. After getting his a** thoroughly kicked by Dom, he's taken into custody and placed in maximum security prison by Hobbes (Dwayne Johnson). Of course, his imprisonment rather than a brutal death suggests that, despite the several feet of concrete and reinforced steel containing him, he'll be back in a future movie, either Furious 8 or perhaps one film down the line. Given how more could have been done with the character, this actually makes sense: another movie with Statham as a murderous bada**? No complaints here, as long as he is actually used again and this isn't just a copout.
