Glass: 16 WTF Moments

4. Kevin's Lame Death

Glass James McAvoy
Universal

Elijah is the only one of the three supers who really gets a compelling and satisfying conclusion to his arc. The Beast, meanwhile, is held in a warm embrace by Casey, allowing the Kevin personality to return to the surface, after which one of Dr. Staple's goons mortally wounds him with a bullet to the chest.

McAvoy gives everything he has to make Kevin's death scene affecting, but killing the character off, especially in such anti-climactic fashion, was so damn disappointing.

Given McAvoy's brilliance in the role and how much more he could've given to the The Horde in future movies, this felt like a major waste. Plus, just getting shot dead like a chump didn't feel like a very befitting end for such a ferocious character.
