Glass Trailer 2 Reactions: 6 Ups & 3 Downs

1. That Awesome Musical Score

And finally, the trailer includes a wonderful re-working of James Newton Howard's iconic title track from Unbreakable. Though it's a same Howard himself isn't returning to compose the sequel, West Dylan Thordson - who also scored Split - seems to be doing a damn fine job living up to his legacy.

While Split in fairness didn't have an especially memorable score, if this new trailer is any indication, Thordson will be hewing far closer to the film that started it all this time. Considering that Split was a stealth sequel to Unbreakable, it obviously makes sense that it kept its use of the series' classic leitmotif relatively subtle.

Glass, meanwhile, can go all-out, as it absolutely should. From the little we can hear in this trailer, it sounds like Thordson's absolutely killing it. If he can rustle up some cracking new compositions to boot, then all the better.

What did you think of the second trailer for Glass? Shout it out in the comments!
