9. The Other Titans
The end of King of the Monsters showed us that over a dozen titans are now roaming the planet. And these aren't the only ones that will crop up either. In one shot, you can see Kong swinging another titan round by its tail and slamming it into another one of seemingly the same species.
This marks the first appearance of the Warbat - a new kaiju for which details other than its lizard-bat appearance are sparse.
As for Rodan and the other titans, the trailer makes no mention of them. The last we saw of the world's biggest safari, they were basking in Godzilla's greatness following his human-assisted vanquishing of King Ghidorah. The possibility of a giant egg at the end of the last film also suggests that another incarnation of Mothra might be on the way. But where exactly they all are remains a mystery.
It is likely that Kong simply ignored Ghidorah's call to arms in King of the Monsters - "Kong bows to no-one," as the trailer points out. But the other kaijus are loyal to Godzilla now. Does this mean that Kong might cross swords with some of the other titans on the block?
