Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2: 10 Reasons It's Better Than The Original
7. Better Chemistry Between The Actors
Here we have another example of natural progression resulting in a superior product.
The Guardians of the Galaxy are something of a ragtag bunch, which is a pretty great thing. This relationship between the team lends itself to the narratives of both films perfectly. That said, the chemistry between those who are actually playing these characters is also incredibly important.
While it was apparent in the first film that the actors could mesh well and play off of each other to great effect, Vol. 2 only made it possible for this relationship to truly come into its own, which is exactly what happened.
The cast now meshes far better than ever before, which only helped the film, interacting seamlessly with one another without missing a single beat. No matter what's going on on-screen, the actors are still able to work together as a proverbial well-oiled machine. This, in turn, makes it far easier to get invested in their characters, which is integral to the overall worth of a film.
The natural chemistry the cast of Guardians had when they came together to film the first movie was stellar, but it was only through continuing to work together that this bond could be molded into something truly special.
