24. Drax's Nipples (And His Erection Joke)

Now, there's nothing wrong with jokes, particularly when they're ridiculous and throw-away like the idea of Drax not wanting to wear a jet-pack harness because he has hyper-sensitive nipples, but come on. This is one of the most notorious criminal rampagers in the galaxy, who cut a bloody swathe through it when his wife and daughter were killed.

He's also basically immortal, thanks to his impressive warrior genetics, but he's undone completely by having something as daft as that joke tagged on.

And then later he drops in a dick joke, announcing that the sight of his wife made his nether-regions engorge. It's a surprising, hilarious revelation that offers a model for how his primitive, impulsive brain should be used for jokes.
