19. "I Fitted A Tracking Device To Your Ship"

In order to explain how the Ravagers find the Milano so easily when it's crashed on Berhert after the Sovereign fleet attack, Yondu says he fitted a tracking device to the ship the last time he came into contact with it. Which was during the battle of Xandar when Ronan's forces attacked.

Only, the ship was destroyed in that battle when the Guardians used it to smash into the Dark Aster to face off with Ronan and was only rebuilt by the Nova Corps as repayment for the Guardians saving Xandar. Are we supposed to believe that they failed to notice the alien tracking device on it?

Or did they maybe just assume it was part of the ship that needed fixing?
