Gamora reminds everyone why she's such a total bada** by running right at the giant squid from earlier on, and enthusiastically diving at its throat, where she digs her blade in with no hesitation whatsoever.

Gamora is by far one of the best female characters in the MCU to date, and hopefully James Gunn won't drop the ball with her this time either, given the depressing lack of strong, powerful females in the franchise.
