Harry Potter: Ranking Every Death Eater From Worst To Best
10. Draco Malfoy
Like Harry had his name down for Hogwarts since the day he was born, Malfoy was always going to be a Death Eater. Coming from the family he did, and with such an obnoxious father, Draco was never going to grow up to be a good wizard.
Going through school, he certainly lived up to this expectation, demonstrating his superiority complex to everyone at the school, picking on anyone who wasn’t a pure blood, and simply acting like the little sh*t that he was. When the time finally came for Voldemort to call on young Malfoy to step up however, he failed the Dark Lord miserably.
Of course, it was no small task he was given, killing Albus Dumbledore, but it didn’t take much to see his heart wasn’t in it. Even previously, Draco had the opportunity to turn Harry in to Voldemort’s forces, but chose not to. He was never going to be able to kill his headmaster, even his own mother knew this, seeking help from Snape.
This was just another example of how Malfoy was all talk, and when it came time for him to genuinely help in the Wizarding War, he choked.
