Harry Potter the biggest franchise of all time

Warner Brothers claiming that Potter has made more money than all six Star Wars, all ten Star Trek & All 22 James Bond movies.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix has pushed the wizardry franchise into being the highest grossing successful series in the history of film. In a press release from Warner Brothers, it's said that the combined worldwide box office gross for the five Harry Potter films is in excess of $4.47 billion which even surpasses the box office totals of all 10 Star Trek movies, all 6 Star Wars movies and all 22 James Bond movies (which includes Never Say Never Again). Hard to believe isn't it that Potter has made more cash than Bond and Star Wars. I have to believe that inflation has not been taken into consideration here because your going to have a hard time convincing me that more people have seen Harry Potter than they have all the Bond movies. So what have we learnt exactly from this news story today? That Harry Potter is insanely popular and is making more money than sense for Warner Brothers? Didn't we know all that already?
