How 13 MCU Actors Reacted The First Time They Saw Their Costumes

Like Tom Holland, Wyatt Russell also suffered feelings of disappointment the first time he saw his superhero costume, although his reasons were a lot different.

Having worn a version of the Captain America suit for the vast majority of his scenes in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Russell felt a bit let down by his next costume - the U.S. Agent suit - which was unveiled in the closing moments of the series.

In his own words, this is because of the similarities between the two outfits. "It’s really the exact same costume but it’s just black and red,” he told Vanity Fair, comparing his Captain America look to his U.S. Agent one.

“It’s cool that it’s a different colour but it’s, like, the same suit.”

Interestingly, Russell's "meh" reaction was actually incorporated into the episode, according to Vanity Fair. Presumably, this is the line where John Walker says "it's the same... but black" in an unenthusiastic tone.

Russell obviously has a point, but at the same time, it's clearly an intentional choice that his U.S. Agent outfit is basically just a darker twist on Cap's patriotic look.
