Independence Day 2: 10 Reasons Why Resurgence Might Actually Be Good
10. Early Reports Are Promising
It's hard to ever put too much credence into early set reports, photos, and the like. In the age of social media, nearly every production closely monitors what gets in and out, and what is said about movies currently in filming. That said, a lot of what has come out from the set of Resurgence is promising. The actors seem positive, and the project has even driven actor Jeff Goldblum to join Facebook and say hello to fans. Goldblum made his first official Facebook post a photo from the set of the movie, which is pretty much the coolest first post he could have made (short of some sort of Jurassic Park-related message perhaps). As a bonus, Liam Hemsworth is photo-bombing him in the shot. It's good to see the actors enjoying themselves, because it bodes well for the overall production.
