Infinity Saga: 10 New Leaked MCU Deleted Scenes You Need To Watch

Proxima Midnight made for a formidable enough foe in Avengers: Infinity War but her death at the hands of the Scarlet Witch meant she was taken out of this shared world far too soon. If this VFX test reel is any indication, though, Thanos' "daughter" may have ended up making a significantly greater impact back in 2018.

As she runs through the battlefield, the villain manages to grab Captain America's shield and use it to deflect an incoming blow from Thor's hammer. That alone points to this earlier version of Proxima being every bit as formidable as her comic book counterpart.

It's honestly a shame that we didn't see more of her fighting like this in Infinity War because, like her husband Corvus Glaive, she's a real powerhouse in the source material. Instead, Marvel Studios made the disappointing decision to reduce the abilities of the Children of Thanos in order to give Earth's Mightiest Heroes aliens to punch who wouldn't pose too much of a threat.
