Infinity Saga: 10 Unresolved Plot Points From MCU's Phases 1-3

8. Who Bought Avengers Tower?

Spider-Man: Homecoming made a big deal over the fact Tony Stark had sold Avengers Tower (the entire third act revolved around that), but we never learned who the new buyer was. Heading into Spider-Man: Far From Home, we expected a big Norman Osborn/Oscorp reveal, but that never happened, and while Spidey passed the building, we never got a proper look at it.

When the sequel was in post-production, Disney and Sony Pictures ended the deal they have to share Spider-Man (it's since been resolved), so it's possible that a reference to the Green Goblin's alter-ego was removed to avoid setting up a plot thread which would never be addressed.

As it stands, though, we already have one! If we're lucky, Spider-Man 3 will change that because it would be a major disappointment for Avengers Tower to just become another New York City skyscraper! If we had to hazard a guess, though, Marvel Studios could decide to transform it into the Baxter Building, the base of operations for the Fantastic Four.
