5. More Iron Patriot
Despite Don Cheadle's Colonel Rhodes getting an awesome new suit nicknamed Iron Patriot, Rhodes isn't given a whole lot to do in this film; he's not particularly integral to the plot, and basically plays support to Tony Stark, running around in his charge but basically not doing much. I wanted to see Iron Patriot kicking ass and taking names for large portions of the film, but this doesn't really happen; we get the impression that Rhodes is an extremely adept fighter capable at adapting himself under strained circumstances, but we just don't get to
see very much of this. While the film does a good job explaining that the suit itself is a work of propaganda, to see Rhodes flying around in it more and firing his weapons could have made for a stunning additional set-piece. Though it remains to be seen whether Rhodes will keep this armour for IM4, I just hope that whatever armour he uses, he uses it
a lot more.
