The whole film is littered with references to other Stephen King works and parts of the original It novel that couldn't be used in the adaptation for whatever reason and some of them are more difficult to spot than others.

For instance, during the antiques shop scene that has Stephen King's cameo front and centre, some of the antiques in his shop are of great significance too. After all, King's worlds are usually tightly drawn together into one shared universe.

If you look above the counter and King's head, there are a couple of car registration plates hanging on the wall. One of them reads CQB 241, which King fans might recognise as belonging to murderous Plymouth Fury Christine from her eponymous novel.
