8. The Young Cast Is Incredible

It Losers Club
Warner Bros.

This film could survive many things, but a poorly-cast ensemble of young actors? Absolutely not.

Thankfully every single member of the Losers' Club is a fantastic fit for their character, with the particular stand-outs being Jaeden Lieberher as protagonist Bill, Sophia Lillis as Beverly, Jeremy Ray Taylor as Ben, and best of all, Finn Wolfhard as smart-a** motor-mouth Richie.

The entire young cast is completely believable as a group of awkward friends facing off against a seemingly unstoppable supernatural force, avoiding every pitfall of child acting along the way, especially seeming overly precocious or acting too adult for their ages.

It's a shame the sequel won't reunite them, but it's clear that these actors have very promising futures ahead of them indeed.
