7. Long-Range Cigarette Rocket

Light up a smoke, nonchalantly take a puff, and watch while a few seconds later your foe is dead on the floor with a hole through his chest. That's the hope anyway. During his Oriental adventure in You Only Live Twice, Bond is given the cigarettes by his ally Tiger, who claims 'this is one cigarette, that'll save your life'. The whole idea is completely inconspicuous, discreet, and also pretty bad-ass. As Q had nothing to do with it, the film never explains how, or why the cigarettes do this. Logically, if the tip is explosive, won't it just generally explode instead of firing in a particular direction? Why would it not just detonate, like a grenade? As cool as the gadget is, it's hard to buy on any kind of feasible level, without mishap. Also, why do Bond and Tiger also inhale after lighting it? I'm assuming its not actually a cigarette with tobacco in? Well it must be? But if that's the case what's stopping the cigarette from just exploding in your palm if the tip is some low calibre plastic explosive, or something of the similar. Projectile cigarettes may sound like a good idea kids, but remember smoking kills! (Or doesn't).
